I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC – ICF) with more than 3,000 hours of coaching experience, supporting leaders, teams, and fellow coaches in navigating the challenges of our rapidly changing world.

Meu trabalho é focado em desenvolvimento de liderança, formação de coaches e facilitação de oficinas, ajudando pessoas e organizações a desenvolverem competências, presença e resiliência para alcançar o sucesso.

Paralelamente, integro uma perspectiva regenerativa ao coaching, apoiando aqueles que desejam bem-estar individual, organizacional, social e ambiental. 

I am co-lead of the Brazilian Community of the Climate Coaching Alliance and am part of a pioneering international research group studying how coaches bring systemic change and climate awareness into their practice.
