I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC – ICF) with more than 3,000 hours of coaching experience, supporting leaders, teams, and fellow coaches in navigating the challenges of our rapidly changing world.
My work focuses on leadership development, coach education, and workshop facilitation, helping individuals and organizations build the skills, presence, and resilience needed for sustainable, future-fit success. Alongside this, I integrate the lens of climate and sustainability into coaching, supporting those who want to align their impact with the urgent challenges of our time.
I am co-lead of the Brazilian Community of the Climate Coaching Alliance and am part of a pioneering international research group studying how coaches bring systemic change and climate awareness into their practice.
My approach is practical, human-centered, and transformative—always designed to help people grow, adapt, and lead with clarity, courage, and purpose.
